About

I am a London based private tutor with over 8 years of experience.I am also qualified medical doctor with two years of NHS training across a range of specialties including Orthopaedics and Emergency Medicine.After scoring in the top 10% nationally in the UCAT, I gained a place at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, graduating with an MBBS and an MSc in Clinical Endocrinology (Distinction).Before Barts I attended Westminster School, where I achieved 12 A*s at GCSE and took A-Levels in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and English Literature.

Experience

I have taught over 120 pupils between the ages of 5 and 18, supporting them with independent school admissions, public examinations, and medical school entry.Many of my students have achieved top grades in public examinations, while several have achieved exceptional UCAT scores, including one in the top 1% nationally.I have helped students secure places at leading schools including St Paul’s School, NLCS, Highgate, St Mary’s Ascot and Tonbridge, and medical schools including King’s College London and Barts. Recent pupils have attended schools including Harrow, CLSG, Channing, SHHS, Westminster, and Eton.I have extensive experience tutoring international students and have supported several students in their transition to the UK education system, particularly at GCSE and 16+ level.I also regularly teach medical students in both classroom and clinical settings.I am DBS certified and registered with the Update Service.

I focus on building confidence and a strong conceptual foundation before developing exam technique. For online sessions I often use an interactive virtual whiteboard to make lessons engaging and collaborative.
